Our aim towards making a tangible impact has strengthen this year 2023, we have initiated few independent projects tied to sustainability. Mainly focusing on mitigating environmental and social issues prevalent in the society. As a value-driven individuals, we have felt the urge to leverage our insights, practical skills, and networks to address some of the pressing concerns facing our world.
Arusha, Kuule! Is the first of a kind. This story sheds light on the hardships faced by deaf children in Tanzania, a group with very limited life opportunities. Often wrongly accused of witchcraft, these children are kept at home to care for cattle. Education stands as a beacon of hope for them, offering a chance to be heard in society. The initiative by Finnish Special Education Teachers in Africa, particularly the efforts of Antti Komulainen and Eva Forssén, have been game changers. They have brought about meaningful improvements in the life opportunities available to deaf children in Tanzania.
